As a leading provider of products and services for the strategic and operational procurement process, we support a significant number of customers in both the public and private sectors. We are successfully active in Switzerland and – in cooperation with our partner organization GIM GmbH, Hamburg – in Germany. DV Bern AG was founded in 1977 and today employs over a dozen eProcurement specialists.

DV Bern realizes and operates practical software solutions in the eProcurement environment.

  • Contracker supports the entire process, from contract creation to lifecycle, ensuring compliance and providing an overview of the current contract situation.
  • LMS Supplier management for a systematic design of your purchasing strategies with supplier evaluation and measures.
  • DecisionAdvisor facilitates the implementation of complex procurement projects (for private and public tenders).

Our approach

Thanks to our lean organizational structure and our broad expertise in supply chain management, we have successfully developed and launched practical, flexible software tools. The development of new products is a process that is carried out in close collaboration with our customers, our qualified team, and, if necessary, external specialists and renowned universities.

We provide our products as “Software as a Service” on our platforms. This means that no local installation or operation of servers is necessary for you.

Areas of Expertise

Our software solutions are based on open standards and support the essential requirements of the eProcurement areas:

  • ConTracker (contract management)
  • LMS (supplier management)
  • DecisionAdvisor (tenders and procurements; also WTO)

Interfaces to surrounding systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP, e.g. SAP) underline the integration options and investment protection of all products and services.

We also provide our products as software as a service on our platforms.

We offer you a high level of expertise as part of our services: personal support during the introduction and implementation of our products, consulting services for procurement projects, realization of interfaces to third-party systems such as SAP using XML or proprietary formats. The functionality of our products can be extended with customer-specific requirements.
