Mikronik GmbH was founded by Thomas Buchele in 1980. In the 80s, the focus was on extensive projects for industry, such as the realization of a warehouse management system and various complex manufacturing systems. Since 1986, the ERP system PAK has been developed, which has now reached the third software generation. The current version is implemented under a standard operating system (MS Windows) and a server database (MS SQL). Depending on your needs, mikronik can act as a general contractor with system responsibility or as a pure PPS supplier.

Project management

An experienced project manager is available to the customer as a central point of contact for the entire duration of the project. The project management includes planning and execution activities such as:

Maintenance and support

The mikronik group offers a comprehensive aftercare program that includes the following functions:

• Helpdesk for reporting problems and for support with questions
• Immediate rectification of failures of the entire system or individual modules
• Resolving software problems with the next maintenance release
• Provision of maintenance releases and updates – by remote maintenance, supplemented by on-site visits

Both for turnkey projects and for the delivery of individual modules, the initial focus is on comprehensive expert advice from employees with industry experience.
