Gigaton GmbH is a leading provider of standardized warehouse management systems with a special focus on logistics service providers. The company has been established on the market since 1996 and has already implemented over 300 projects with its 45 employees. These projects have been realized in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands.

Its warehouse management system LogoS® is used to control large warehouses for well-known companies in a range of sectors. LogoS® can be used in almost all areas of logistics, regardless of whether the goods are food, textiles, electrical engineering, merchandising & lifestyle, chemicals, pharmaceuticals or processed goods. In each case, it depends on the customer's needs which picking and warehousing strategy is most appropriate. From pick-by-voice, RFID, picking via radio data transmission to conventional paper-based warehouses, LogoS® offers a software package that is individually tailored to the customer.

The entire software development process for LogoS® as well as the provision of support services and technical services is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. LogoS® also guarantees compliance with the strict criteria of GMP, HACCP and EU Directive 178/2010 on the traceability of materials.

LogoS® is used in small and medium-sized companies as well as in large corporations. Since the requirements for warehouse management software vary greatly from company to company, GIGATON offers not only the full version of LogoS® Enterprise but also compact versions of the software, LogoS-Campact and LogoS-Campact+, for companies with lower investment volumes.

LogoS C/S is a standard WMS that has been consistently designed and developed for cross-industry use, particularly on the basis of its tradition as a service provider system. It is used by logistics service providers as well as manufacturing and retail companies. Against this background, LogoS C/S is in operation in both smaller installations and very large, highly automated environments.

LogoS C/S is particularly characterized by its wide open and cross-industry application possibilities. Another of the system's special features is the integrated management of hazardous materials and goods, including the necessary storage prohibitions. LogoS C/S is also specifically geared to the upstream and downstream transportation processes with transportation planning, NVE-/SSCC processing, dock and yard management, and integrated links to forwarding and CEP service providers.
