The first level support is provided by the customer directly to the end users. b4dynamics is the second level support in terms of application support for the customer's internal support team. The third level support is provided by Microsoft.

Implementation

Our implementation methodology is heavily focused on standard software, providing the customer with a preconfigured system. We do not recommend custom developments but rather advocate for the rapid utilization of the system through rapid prototyping, standard software, and industry-specific add-ons where necessary. A project implementation within 9-12 months is essential. Customers want to see the user interface and actively work with the system, so it is important to identify partial successes early on (process-oriented implementation). A project implementation can be carried out using two different process models:

• Classic: All phases of the implementation are carried out sequentially, with a clear and manageable project structure, and uncomplicated planning.
• Iteration: The focus here is on standard functionality and best practices. Key users work directly in the system, and data migration and integrated process testing begin early. Requirements include defining the project scope at the beginning of the project and providing test scenarios in advance.

Thanks to Microsoft's unique application landscape, it is possible to license and implement individual modules from the Dynamics 365 portfolio without losing sight of the entire ERP implementation. Key users are provided with system knowledge transfer, empowering them to offer first-level support to end-users. Additionally, b4dynamics is available to key users through a hotline and support contract, providing second-level support as needed.
